Chloe Marsden leads the content on Aussie Store Guides. She is an e-commerce consultant who helps small Australian businesses take a market stall, a shopfront or an Instagram label online with Shopify — and her guides are written from the questions those merchants actually ask.

Her working method is documentation-first: every claim about the platform is checked against Shopify’s current pages before publishing, every tax point is attributed to the ATO, and when Shopify does not publish a figure, the guide says exactly that instead of inventing one.

She is not an accountant, a tax agent or a lawyer, and nothing on this site is professional advice. GST, ABN and consumer-law notes are orientation for your own conversation with the ATO or your registered agent.
